• Home valuation form: your name, contact details, property address and details about the property.
• New-build alerts: your name, contact details, budget and areas of interest.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to answer your questions, prepare a valuation you asked for, send updates you signed up for and provide real estate services. We collect only what we need for these purposes.

Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to us using your information for the purpose described on that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, and every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe. We send electronic messages in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as web hosting and email services, and only as needed. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including the record-keeping rules that apply to real estate brokers in Quebec. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights
